Making ideas tangible.

Through strategy, visual thinking, and shared understanding.

Innovation Lab

The Innovation Lab is where ideas take shape through exploration, experimentation, and visual thinking. It is a place to examine how emerging technologies, human-centered design, and shared understanding can transform the way people create, solve problems, and bring new possibilities to life.

Strategic Advisory

I advise organizations on product strategy, customer experience, and technology innovation, drawing on decades of experience helping global brands create solutions that reflect the way people naturally think, work, and communicate. My work helps leaders bring clarity to complex challenges, align teams around a shared vision, and transform ideas into meaningful experiences.

Design Studio

The Design Studio transforms ideas into products, spaces, and experiences. Through visualization, concept development, and collaborative exploration, it helps clients imagine possibilities, refine ideas, and make confident decisions before they're brought to life.

Community Initiatives

I believe that creativity can build understanding, strengthen communities, and create meaningful human connection. My work includes founding an international nonprofit connecting students with Syrian refugee children through educational exchange and leading the evolution of Hudson Festival Orchestra into a community-centered festival model celebrating cultural diversity through music, mentorship, and creative participation.

Talking with pictures.

My background includes co-inventing and patenting a visual collaboration process and method that became foundational to the way many visually driven organizations communicate and make decisions. At its core was a simple philosophy—a way of thinking and communicating through images, trademarked as Talking with Pictures®.

That same philosophy continues to guide my work today, helping transform ideas into possibilities, shared understanding, and confident decisions.
